For millions of fans of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, it is officially the end of an era that saw these two mega stars romancing with each other. The last true signs of Justin and Selena’s relationship, which went on for seven years, have been wiped off entirely from social media or at least from Selena’s account.
Their relationship was mostly an on and off affair that finally came to an end last spring. Shortly after the relationship, Justin began dating Hailey Baldwin and eventually got married in a secret ceremony. It has been a year after the two singers got split and Selena has finally decided to erase the very last memory of the ‘Sorry’ singer from her Instagram account.
The picture that got deleted was the last Justin-related picture in her account which was a little more than a year older. It was Bieber’s, her then-boyfriend, birthday and she had posted a picture of hers where she could be seen placing a Polaroid of Justin Bieber on her forehead. The caption read “March 1, 1994 someone I knew that happens to be super cool was born. Boom”

The picture was posted on March 1, 2018 but like we said, you aren’t going to find it there if you check her photograph line-ups now.
Selena has been silent regarding the thoughts about Justin moving on so quickly from their long relationship. Sources close to her have told US Weekly that Beiber’s marriage to Baldwin was a ‘tough pill’ to swallow for Selena but insisted that it wasn’t bad enough to break her spirit. The interesting thing here is that the fan army of Justin and Selena, who loved seeing them together, didn’t take the news in stride. They were so angry and pissed that started sending out negative comments to Baldwin. As a result of this, Bieber had to come to social media to fend off the haters.
In an emotional outburst to the disrespect and hate his wife got, he wrote: “I absolutely loved and love Selena she will always hold a place in my heart, but I am head over heels in love with my wife and she is absolutely the BEST THING that has ever happened to me period….This is a reply to all immature sick people who send Hailey hurtful messages like ‘ he always goes back to Selena’ or ‘Selena is better for him’ YOU HAVE NO IDEA MY LIFE AND WHATs good for me,”.
He further added: “Hailey is my Bride period if you don’t like that or support that that means you don’t support me and if you don’t support me you are not a fan nor a good person.”
In the light of the event, Gomez subtly replied after a short while by posting her picture wearing a siren-red dress that said throwback in the caption.
Both of these star singers started dating back in 2011 and once again stayed in an on-and-off relationship until 2014 before calling it quits. Eventually both of them started seeing different people and while Selena could be seen with The Weeknd, Justin got comfy with Hailey Baldwin. But there relationship wasn’t going to end just yet as the couple came back together in November 2017 as they were spotted locking lips at one Justin’s hockey games. This time it didn’t work for long as they finally broke up for good in March 2018.
It was last year in September that Justin decided to secretly marry the life of his life, Hailey but same hasn’t been the case with Selena. She has decided to be single ever since and the same would be hard for her as the married couple in often seen close to each other in public spaces. They keep flooding their social media accounts with pictures of each other showing their immense love. While we are very happy about the lovely couple and their married life, we also wish that Selena soon finds someone for herself and we would be waiting for her to surprise us all by posting some cosy picture of her with her new found love.
